Lingerie and Lace Photography

If you, or someone you know, would be interested in modeling for us, this is the information you need to get started. Lingerie and Lace Photography is currently based in the state of Maryland.

REQUIREMENTS

Models must obviously be attractive females over the age of 18. This age requirement is very strict! Height is totally irrelevant as is race. Many people mistakenly believe that all models are tall women. That may be true for New York or Paris fashion models, but for this style of photography, shorter women do very well. For example, most of the models featured here are under 5'4". But it is important that weight be proportional to height. Good posture is also important, as is a clear complexion. A medium bust (size B/C) or larger is required. Tan lines are also acceptable. A positive attitude about being in front of the camera and participating in the creation of glamorous photographs is also necessary. Previous modeling experience is not required. Models will be required to show age identification and will also be required to sign a release form giving me full ownership of the photographs. The use of release forms is standard procedure in photography. If you are uncertain about the full-release, we can discuss your concerns. Most photography sessions last 3 to 4 hours. The pay is great, and varies with experience. For video work (of the same style), the minimum fee is $150 per hour.

PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE

Photographs are topless or tasteful full-nudes, often featuring a variety of lingerie, underwear or swimwear. There will be no sexually explicit photographs. If a model prefers seminude modeling only, that is okay. Images produced can be sultry to playfully sexy. The intent is to produce high quality photographs that illustrate my idea of feminine sensuality. The sample photographs in this site fairly depict the style and range of photographs that you can expect. Again, there will not be any expicit photographs!

Alternatively, if you are ready to discuss the possibility of a photography session, as a first step you can send several photographs of yourself to Lingerie and Lace Photography via email. If you already have a web site with appropriate photos of yourself, then send that link to me via email. The photographs should be front and side views to include your face and figure. These photographs should preferably be taken while topless, but could be wearing a bikini (or underwear). The quality of these photographs is not very important. You can send prints from a conventional film camera or Polaroid camera by regular mail, if necessary. To do this, email me for the address. With the photos, be sure to include your date of birth and a means of contacting you (phone number, e-mail address, etc). If you prefer, we can take these photos at a studio in Rockville. Selected models will be contacted to discuss further details and arrangements and to answer any questions you might have.
